For example, take Lou Preston. Lou’s been part of our team for almost five years but he’s been part of the energy-efficient lighting industry for over 15. In that time, he’s worked as a technician, project manager, auditor, designer and sales person. He understands every part of the retrofit process and can help you every step of the way.
In addition to his field experience, Lou’s obtained certification as a CLMC (Certified Lighting Management Consultant) and CSLC (Certified Sustainable Lighting Consultant), two credentials that demonstrate [P2]’s commitment to have the most qualified lighting management professionals in the lighting industry.
Lou has been managing out Western Region sales efforts, and has just relocated to the east to assume a new role as the Eastern Region Sales Manager.
Then, there’s Justin Ryver. Justin recently joined [P2] to be our Southwest Region Sales Manager. He’s not your average sales guy either.
Justin brings over 19 years of energy efficient retrofit and relighting experience to [P2]. He has worked as an auditor and project manager for major energy service companies as well as lighting retrofit contractors, helping customers at every level of project development.
Justin’s experience is particularly valuable because he understands the customer’s perspective. Before joining us, Justin was a [P2] customer. He knows the challenges customers face and what’s needed to make lighting products work effectively in any application.
Not only does Justin have that unique perspective, he’s also got technical expertise. While many sales people can tell you which products are the most popular, Justin can do much more. He has a thorough technical understanding of our products and how they work, and he can help you design a cost effective lighting solution using the right technology for your application.
