What's Happening:

Precision-Paragon [P2]’s West Coast telephone carrier has been experiencing intermittent system wide outages today. Therefore, we may not be receiving all incoming phone calls to our main phone number, (714) 386-5550 and many direct dial extensions.

Normally, our carrier automatically forwards incoming calls to a backup system so that this type of interruption is seamless to our customers. Unfortunately, today’s outages are more expansive and the carrier’s backup systems are also affected by intermittent outages.

As you would expect from [P2], we have a backup plan for our backup plan. We do not want this minor interruption to impact your business needs.

Please call (715) 381-2971 and calls will be routed as normal to our team. You may also e-mail our team as our data/internet service has not been impacted by this outage.
