Position Overview: Precision-Paragon [P2] is adding a key position based in our Yorba Linda, CA facility. The P2 Marketing Services Manager is responsible for the development and execution of the overall Marketing Communications program for the P2 brand including literature and media, web site management, new product roll out literature, publication, internet social media, public relations, trade shows, sales sample cases, strategic sales meetings. P2 sells direct to VAR’s (Value Added Resellers): contractors, ESCO and energy focused distributors that service the lighting retrofit and relighting markets. Marketing efforts that lead to effective support for our VAR network efforts is key component of the position.

Customer Service / Inside Sales

Service Hub Dept. - Yorba Linda, CA (Orange County)

Position Overview: This is a full time Customer Service/Inside Sales position based in our Corporate Office located in Yorba Linda, CA. Precision-Paragon [P2] is a manufacturer of energy saving relighting products for the Commercial, Industrial and Retail markets. Products include fluorescent retrofit and conversion kits, new energy saving linear fluorescent fixtures including a full range of high bay products, Induction fixtures and LED fixtures. Our Service HUB employees are the conduit to our customers. Therefore, the CSR/Inside Sales Representative will have “Best in Class” Customer Service Skills and be an excellent communicator. The position duties include – specifying of relight projects, project quotations, application support, basic photometric reports, order status, order expediting, sales follow up, project support and act as a conduit to all other P2 departments seamlessly.

Regional Sales Representative - North East Region

Ideal candidate will live in area of MA, NH, CT, ME, RI or VA, MD, eastern PA area and serve our customers and build new business in the Northeast.

Position Overview: This is a full time Outside Sales position, based in your home office. Precision-Paragon [P2] is a manufacturer of energy saving relighting products for the Commercial, Industrial and Retail markets. Products include fluorescent retrofit and conversion kits, new energy saving linear fluorescent fixtures including a full range of high bay products, Induction fixtures and LED fixtures. Applications include interior and exterior relighting. We sell to Lighting Maintenance and Retrofit contractors, ESCO and energy focused Distribution houses. Our products are offered to the marketplace via these Value Added Resellers (VAR), and we do not sell direct to end users. As a Regional Sales Representative you will be responsible for the development of new business in these categories. You will identify and develop new VAR opportunities, introduce our products, develop sales opportunities with our new and existing VAR network, assist in product specification and application and successfully close sales for those opportunities. Will report to Regional Sales Manager.
